A: We ship from Hong Kong. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your country and chosen shipping method.
Q: I need my night light urgently. Can I request faster shipping?
A: We currently offer express shipping (Swift delivery) to the US and UK. You can select this option at checkout.

2. Return & Exchange Policy
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: If there is a quality issue, we’re happy to offer a return or exchange. Please send us a photo of the problem and contact us via email.

4. Order Management
Q: Can I edit my order after placing it?
A: If you need to change your shipping info or product options, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, changes may not be guaranteed.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders can be cancelled if they haven't shipped yet. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
